Rooms are too small for comfortable movement!!! The elevators are frustratingly tiny, causing long wait times during busy hours!!! The dark hallways give a gloomy vibe, making the place feel uninviting!!!

the only downside was that the mini bar prices were outrageous. loved the fresh fruit juices at breakfast. the room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. friendly receptionists who spoke great english really helped us out!

My family and I enjoyed a great stay, thanks to the spacious family room that accommodated us comfortably, featuring extra beds for the kids. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of fresh foods including delicious pastries and made-to-order eggs. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were exceptional, helping us with local tips and providing a friendly atmosphere that made us feel at home. However, the air conditioning could have been cooler during the hot summer nights.

I heard everything from the corridor, including conversations and water sounds from adjacent rooms, which disrupted sleep. Elevator space felt tight when busy, and breakfast selection was limited. They had a lovely rooftop terrace but it could’ve used more seating. This hotel shows promise, but some updates are essential for a smoother experience.

We had a lovely time during our stay, especially enjoying the wonderful rain shower and the cozy bed that felt just right. The hotel also had a game lounge and a relaxing reading area, perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring. Although the walls could use a little touch-up, it didn’t really put a damper on our experience. 😊
